i have been leasing a home for a year and a half now and have put in way more than i ever should have about 7000 more than i should have now i figure out that the house is going into foreclosure so i now have 3 months to find a new home and start all over |

You can welcome me to your "club". We did a lease/option and we put $5,000 earnest money down PLUS paid $1995 a month with $500 going towards are down each month. This has racked up to $12,500. Notice of Default was filed 4/30/09. No sale date yet, but....
