when we signed our lease for 1 yr. we knew she was trying to shortsale it but we made an offer..now we were just denied, in the meantime she did have foreclosure papers sent here(or rather the bank)we are now trying to get financial help from another company(we were not prepared for buying in 1st place, everyone just kept pushing us.don't know what our rights are now, we are still trying to buy, our landlord actually told us not to worry about the rent for last month and this month while we get everything in order.so confused now, our house doesn't show up on this site but need to find out how much more time we have to either get our financing or just give up..i reallly want this house! any help would be greatly appreciated! |
