My rental showed up on the sheriffs list as going to auction on august 20. The foreclosure took place april 7 but my landlord stated that he worked out a deal on the 8th with the bank. How could it be going to auction if a deal was worked out. I am still confused about if I should pay my rent to the landlord for May. Please help. I tried to call the bank but they said they couldn,t help me it was just an 800 number i had. Thankyou. |
