Replies to this comment: Posted By Vida from Georgia on November 17, 2009, 1:46 pm I would. Find out when the house foreclosed. I would would send the bank a letter, which is included in the toolkit for Protecting Renters in Foreclosure, a copy of the law and a copy of the lease. The bank knows that what they are doing is breaking the law. As long as you don't stand up for yourself, the bank will walk all over you. Make them pay you to move if you can't stop the sale of the property. Make it worth your while. I would call investigative news, CNN, and call Mr. David Rambler, he is with the Urban Housing Development in DC. He will tell you what to do as well. He helped me!
