The house I rent was supposed to go to auction today. I just found out that the auction has been postpone due to the LL filing for bankruptcy. What can I do now? |

Wait. This will delay the process but it might not be for long. The lender can get around the bankruptcy and renwew the foreclosure proceedings if they choose to. Keep paying your rent, unfortunately.
