My landlord is in foreclosure with not just my house but three others...I keep asking her about it and she says she is in the process of doing modifications on all properties...I dont understand because I took the class and know that you can not do modifications on investment property....I dont know what to do. Any suggestions? |

I am in the same boat as you! our landlord also has 3other properties in forclosure, we got the same story, she said she was getting a modification and not to worry, well guess what! the property is up for trustee sale tomorrow! you cant trust anyone these days.
