I have a month to month lease, I moved in aug. 2009 - in oct. 2009 started recieving forecloser notices. I asked my landlord he told me dont worry about it. Then Jan. 2010 he told me to worry about it the house will be auctioned apr. 2010 I have had to look for a new place, I found one but cant move in until the middle of march. do I still have to pay this landlord March rent when he has a 1000.00 deposit |
