Replies to this comment: Posted By Holly from Illinois on March 5, 2010, 9:25 pm I think the home I am renting may be going into foreclosure I am going to the county court house on Monday to check county records. If it is Lid Pendens or foreclosure, can I stop paying rent and save that money till I have to move out? Posted By Mariana from California on January 8, 2010, 1:33 am I would not pay anything to them because as soon as the house sells the new owner will give you thirty days or more to move so save all that you can and start looking for a new hous a.s.a.p.
