My usband and I rented a house in Sun City, CA on 1/10/2009...we specificallly asked the Realtor if the house was at a losing point or in foreclosure...she said, "No, I'd be shocked as the owner is a friend of the company and I'd be shocked if they lost it." well, by March 2009 it was listed for short sale...and....Everyone knows, that foreclosure/short sales, do NOT happen in 2 months!Especially if the owner has been paying the mortgage...then we had to deal with showing the house, if we refused or were out of town, they'd put a "24 hour notice of intent to enter" and go in anyway! So where tenant rights??
