I been rentig this house for almost 4 years until one day the bank came to house? I told them I'm not the owner. And they said we know, but You sloud know what is going out with the house? I call the larnlord asking to talk to the owner, she said I was late but don't worry you are o.k. next day got papers in the mail, house has not been pay for 8 months, notice of default and election to sell under deed of trust on 06/22/09 |
