Arizona Foreclosure Information
The general timeline for foreclosures in Arizona is about 90 days once a notice of sale is filed with the county where the property is located. The notice of sale sets a sale date and if nothing is done by the owner to cure the default the property will be sold on that date. The sale and subsequent transfer of title is the completion of the foreclosure and the new owner can begin vacating the property if desired.
